Abstract: Recurrent implantation failure (RIF) and recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) represent major chal- lenges in reproductive medicine, frequently associated with endometrial dysfunction and chronic endometritis (CE). Existing treatments, such as antibacterial therapies, often yield limited success. This study seeks to assess the clinical effectiveness of peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) secretome in improving endometrial receptivity and increasing pregnancy rates in patients with RIF linked to CE.
